19:00 HOURS - So anyhow the event kicked off with what turned out to be the best band of the whole evening THE EMPTY BOTTLES they were quite literally superb! Polop loves them and they express the same opinion of Polop. I think this band have the makings of super stardom! No joke just check out the festival Mp3 download site and hear their brilliance. What the hell are they doing undiscovered? Come on Spain wake up!
After the superb 1 hour set featuring classics like `Born On the Bayou´ and THE EMPTY BOTTLES song `Mistreater´ The band stayed on all night and soaked up the unique and youthfull atmosphere the festival provokes. THE EMPTY BOTTLES were cheered off stage raptuously after 2 encores. They will be appearing at the 2006 festival in Polop as well as at Bar La Tasca in January 2006.
